Never send money, UPI payments, gift cards or bank details to anyone you meet here — no matter the story (medical emergency, travel, customs fee, visa, investment). Genuine matches will never ask you for money. Requests for money are the #1 sign of a scam.

  • Keep chats on the platform until you're confident — it's monitored and you can report.
  • Don't share your home address, workplace, bank, or government ID early on.
  • Use our private photo and contact-unlock controls so only approved members see sensitive details.
  • Consider enabling two-factor login in Settings.

Spot the red flags

  • Asks for money, gifts, or financial help — for any reason.
  • Professes love very fast, then pressures you to move off-platform.
  • Refuses a video call or always has an excuse.
  • Story keeps changing, or photos look too polished / inconsistent.
  • Claims to be abroad / on a rig / in the army and "stuck".

  • Involve your family — this is a matrimony platform, lean on them.
  • Meet first in a public place during the day.
  • Tell a trusted person where you're going and when.
  • Arrange your own transport; don't get picked up the first time.

Report someone

  3. Our moderation team reviews every report — your reports are confidential.
