These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, apps and services of LifePartner.World (“LifePartner.World”, “we”, “us”), available at lifepartner.world (the “Platform”). By registering for or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to marry under the laws applicable to you.
- You must register only for yourself or for a person on whose behalf you are lawfully authorised, with their consent.
- You confirm that the information you provide is true, accurate and current, and you will keep it updated.
2. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Memberships, pricing & payments
- Certain features (such as messaging and viewing contact details) require a paid membership. Plan features and prices are shown on the Membership page and may change from time to time.
- Payments are processed securely through third-party gateways (Razorpay and/or Cashfree). By paying, you also agree to the gateway’s terms.
- Prices are inclusive of or subject to applicable taxes (including GST) as indicated at checkout. A tax invoice is issued for each successful payment.
- Memberships are prepaid for the stated duration and do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated.
- Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Provide false, misleading or impersonated information, or create duplicate or fake profiles.
- Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, commercial-solicitation or harassing purpose.
- Post or share content that is obscene, defamatory, hateful, infringing or otherwise objectionable.
- Solicit money, collect others’ data, send spam, or contact members outside the intended matrimonial purpose.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the Platform.
5. Content & licence
You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and use your content as needed to operate the Platform (for example, showing your profile to other members per your visibility settings). You are solely responsible for your content and confirm you have the rights to share it.
6. Verification & no guarantee
We provide tools such as profile/photo verification, compatibility scoring and horoscope (Guna Milan) matching to assist you. These are aids only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of member information, the success of any introduction, or marriage. You are responsible for independently verifying any person before meeting or making decisions.
7. Intellectual property
The Platform, including its software, design, logos and content (excluding member content), is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify or distribute it without our written permission.
8. Suspension & termination
We may suspend, restrict or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or to protect the community, with or without notice. You may close your account at any time; certain data may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Please also read our Disclaimer.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LifePartner.World and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss arising from your interactions with other members. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LifePartner.World from any claims, damages or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your content, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
12. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the grievance process below, the courts at [City], India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

14. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
